Michael Smith is a Principal with MasterCard Advisors, where he helps Europe’s leading card issuers with the development of strategic growth initiatives, new value propositions, and customer management strategies.

Mike is an alumnus of London Business School and Mercer Management Consulting (Oliver Wyman).  While he has been living in Europe for most of his professional life, Mike is originally from Canada, where he attended the University of British Columbia and was a passionate member of the student organisation AIESEC.
